EXCHANGE / RETURN
We accept exchanges within 15 working days for all domestic orders and within 30 working days for all international orders.
Exchanges are only valid for sizing issues or manufacturer’s defect.
All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way. The management of Milliot & Co. reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion.
Upon returning your item to us, please email: email@example.com with the following information: -
- Your Name (As per invoice)
- Your email address
- Invoice number / Order ID
- Reason for exchange/return
- Photo of the wrong item or defective item (if any)
If you would like to exchange sizes, please state clearly which size that you want us to resend to you.
Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange. We recommend that you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. Please note that Milliot & Co. will not be responsible for the loss of returned parcel.

Our refund policy is only applicable to successful returns, once Milliot & Co. received and inspected the item(s) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
During any sales or promotion period (including the use of discount code or discount voucher), all items are not returnable or refundable.
